I had a quick question about my order and wasn’t expecting such a fast reply, but customer service got back to me really quickly. There was a small issue, and they handled it without any hassle or making it feel like a big deal. From my experience, it was really nice dealing with a company that actually responds and takes care of things.

I ordered some holiday cards from CardsDirect i’m happy with how they turned out. I always get a little nervous ordering printed stuff online because you never totally know if the colors or paper are going to match what you had in your head, but these were nice.

The card stock felt sturdy, not flimsy or cheap, which was a relief, and the printing looked clean overall. The colors were close to what I saw on the website, maybe just a touch darker in person, but not enough that it bothered me or made the cards look off.

I’m giving 4 stars because a couple of the cards had tiny marks along the edges, and I noticed it while sorting through them, but it wasn’t anything major or worth making a big fuss over. Overall they looked good, people liked them, and I’d order from them again.

I thought the prices were good for the cards. Some people might nitpick, but for me they were cheap enough and definitely worth it.

I was actually surprised how simple it was to get my cards looking right. Changing the text and moving things around didn’t take much figuring out, which was nice. The designs were clean too, maybe even a little better than I expected. I mean, it wasn’t some life-changing thing, but I got everything how I wanted without getting annoyed, so that’s a win.
